3. 1998 – 2016. Unisys Sudamericana. Unisys is a company dedicated to information systems, technology and related services and carries activities in more than 100 countries. Employed from April 1998 until June 2016. Trajectory: a) Legal Director in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay from August 2004 until June 2016. b) President in Argentina from May 2009 to June 2016.
We solved numerous cases of irregular registration of the labor relationship. Compensations and fines of Laws N° 24.013 and N° 25.323: a) date of admission, internships, scholarships, third parties; b) variable remuneration; c) regular benefits, cell phone use for own benefit, prepaid medical care, car; d) fringes and expenses; e) sales tasks, without registration as salesmen, Estatuto del Viajante (Statute of the Traveler) Law 14.546, commissions as main compensation; f) work for third parties; g) work certificates; h) moral damage.
4. 1994-1998. Manager of Legal Affairs of the Argentine Post, (postal telegraphic, electoral logistics, interim computation of votes).
5. 1991 – 1993. Legal Advisor of the Intervention in Agua y Energía Eléctrica S.E., (production, transportation and distribution of electricity, regulations, privatizations).
6. 1985-1991. Legal Advisor in Tradigrain S.A. (exporter of cereals).

1. Advice. I give legal advice corresponding to matters that are of significant institutional and economic transcendence of the individuals, organizations and companies I work for; and also to collaborate in carrying out correctly their normal and usual activities.
2. Negotiation. Participate in negotiations and business in various fields to assemble, write and conclude contracts, and for solving conflicts.
3. Litigation. I directly litigate in trials of an important institutional and economic significance, both in the Common jurisdiction and in the Federal jurisdiction. I filed numerous extraordinary resources and resources of complaint, and we acceded and we won in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. I also litigate in many trials in the Labor jurisdiction with an approximate winning average percentage of 75% on 100% of the amounts claimed.
